- 9000 watt, 240 volt electric immersion heater
- Hinged lid with (2) 3/4" diameter ports with 2" sanitary fittings
- Lightnin Propeller type mixer with (2) 10" diameter propellers with 230
  volts AC variable speed controller. 1/2 HP, 3 phase, 230/460 volt motors
- 304 stainless steel
- 1" diameter discharge with ball valve (Only one tank has a valve.
  Other tank has a discharge pipe without valve)
- 29" diameter x 46" deep
- Dish bottom
- Overflow pipe
- 3 phase, 60 cycle, 240 volt motors
- Air diaphragm pump to transfer liquid from one tank to the other
- Master control panel
