mounted on top of Sollich WEB-400 double drum former.
Drum is stainless steel with non-stick coating,
internal water spray system, water pump, water to water heat exchanger,
3-way caramel in-take valve, 1 HP drum drive with VFD

serial#0264 built 1993 with glycol chiller
- Sollich WET-400 single drum former for second layer (caramel, nougat, fudge)
- Small gauging roller
- Sollich type KS820 820 mm wide x 12-meter Long Cooling Tunnel.
Serial#0845. Infeed slab to tunnel bottom cooled. All other sections air cooled.
Includes refrigeration.
