Roasting Department
- Feed Hopper with Elevator lift to feed peanuts to 
  Overhead conveyor system
- Vibratory hopper/feeder to feed cross conveyor to three roasters
- 12" wide x 18-ft long cross conveyor with diverters 
  to feed the three roaster hoppers
- (3) Stainless Steel 150 -lb Capacity Gas Fired Dry Nut Roasters
    - Stainless steel perforated drum measuring approx.. 
      28" diameter x 60" long
    - Natural gas fired with two burners mounted underneath the drum
    - 30" x 30" x 22" deep stainless steel hopper
    - 22" wide x 21-ft long discharge conveyor for nut roasters
- Inclined elevator to feed continuous mixer
    - 18" wide x 17-ft long to feed vibratory hopper
- (2) 80 gallon (approx) Stainless Steel jacketed cooking 
  and mixing kettles
    - 32" diameter x 26" deep
    - Scraped surface agitator
    - JEC stainless steel jacketed positive displacement pump
    - Unibloc stainless steel jacketed positive displacement pump
- Howes Jacketed continuous mixer 16" diameter x 11-ft long

Forming Line
- Double Drum former with 22” wide x 13” diameter jacketed 
  rollers with jacketed hopper, with heat exchanger and centrifugal pump
- 22" wide x 13" diameter jacketed gauging drum
- 21.75" wide x 12" diameter nylon gauging roller
- 26" wide x 6" diameter nylon gauging roller
- 21" wide x 16-ft long conveyor for decorating area
- Cooling Tunnel 22" wide x 36-ft long with (4) 
  fan/coil sections with belt tracker
- Slitter & Guillotine Cutter Conveyor
   - 27" wide x 15- ft long conveyor
   - Slitter with 15 blades on 1-9/16” centers
   - Mechanical 28" wide guillotine cutter
- Overall line length apprx. 70-ft long

This line was producing bite size nut clusters. 
The forming line can also produce cereal bars, 
rice crisp bars and other slabbed type bars. 
Owner will consider selling the slab line without the roasters.
