Drum is stainless steel with non-stick coating, internal water spray system, water pump, water to water heat exchanger, 3-way caramel in-take valve, 1 HP drum drive with VFD - Sollich WEB-400 Double Drum Conbar Slab Former, serial#0264 built 1993 with glycol chiller - Sollich WET-400 single drum former for second layer (caramel, nougat, fudge) - Small gauging roller - Bepex Hutt type SG1200 Slitter and Spreader set for 3/8" wide strips, serial#50025 built 1993 - Bepex Hutt type SZ1200 Guillotine Cutter serial#50026 built 1993 - Sollich TS-820 820 mm Enrober with built-in tempering serial#0844 built 1969 - This line creates a 16" wide slab that spreads out to approximately 22" wide - Dismantling & skidding $15,000 additional to purchase price
