- Complete manual for roaster which includes all upgrades, is included
- Roaster was fully rebuilt in 2021. Scope of work done included: New gas train. 
New electrical system. Ceramic burners replaced. Bearings, seals and gears were inspected. 
All worn parts were replaced with new parts. 
Overall machine was be cleaned and painted and tested with gas.
